Main Hall
Maximum capacity: 250 seated.

Staffed bar available on request at a fee of £100.

Option to hire commercial kitchen for set fee of £100. Please note use of own cooking and serving equipment necessary or catering company to provide. Please note changes in law ban the use of single-use plastic, however, fully recyclable permitted if separated and placed in external recycle bins provided. No charge for use of kitchen applied for hot drinks only.

Stage with starry curtain or projector screen, just bring your own projector.

Use of sound system, plug in with your phone, tablet or laptops, and you’re ready to go. Microphones available on request.

Full enhanced mood lighting system, to match any colour combination, including disco ball and multi-colour starry sky.

The Elms Meeting Room
Capacity: 20 Theatre style, 12 Boardroom style.

Private Hire Prices
All events are charged at £80 per hour + £200 hire bond (subject to T&C adherence bond fully refunded). As above, use of kitchen for food £100 set fee and hire of staffed bar £100 set fee. Please note, booking time and charge includes all setting up and clearing down time. Due to daily use of the centre we are unable to store any equipment relating to an event either prior or after your booking time.

Bar
Licensed Sunday – Thursday 12noon – 11pm, Friday and Saturday 12noon – 12midnight

Draught for larger events.
Canned lager, bottled beers and ciders for all events with supplied bar.
Good range of spirit, wine and soft drinks.
Specific drinks of preference can be requested in advance.
Selection of bar snacks available.
Own wines and spirits (standard size) can be brought on site with prior permission and will be subject to corkage charge. Own soft drinks can be brought on site.
