Our Background
Beeston Youth and Community Centre is a registered charity regulated by a Scheme (governing document) of the Charity Commission.
The land was included in a will for use by the local youth and community and was conveyed to the original trustees by a conveyance and trust deed from 1st November 1949.

What is included in the cost for the main hall?
The cost includes hire of the room and use of the LED lights, stage, sound system and staffing throughout. Please note you will be required to leave the room as you found, ready for the next hirer. Is there car parking? Yes we have a large car park available
Does the venue have a bar?
Yes we have a licensed bar and depending on numbers there will be £100 set fee. The premises are licensed 12pm – 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 12pm – 12am Friday and Saturday.
What time can we have access?
Pending availability, whatever time you want access from is the time you would put on your booking form. Staff will be booked to attend specifically for your event to unlock, remaining throughout your booking and lock up to match your booking form times.
How many hours does this include?
Usually an evening event is for 6 hours but pending availability additional hours can be booked at the time you make the booking. Don’t forget to factor in your setting up and clearing away time.
Can we use the kitchen?
Yes but you would need to provide your own pans, cutlery and crockery. Please note you will be required to leave as you found, ready for the next hirer. Use of the kitchen for more than hot drinks has a £100 set fee.
When do I get my BOND back?
Following the event, allowing for confirmation Terms & Conditions have been met.
